This is cake a Silhouette of a flower. Each piece was cut using an x-acto knife. Cake is covered with fondant. White Peony flower on top of cake is made out of gumpaste and I hand panted the tips to match the cake. Flavor chosen was Butterscotch Rum- Savory butterscotch- rum cake filled with layers of cream cheese frosting.
