Barnyard First Birthday Cake

This adorable barnyard first birthday cake was made for Giselle’s son, Jayce. Cake was covered with fondant. The little barn on top is also cake! Everything is edible. Animals were hand made out of gum paste & fondant. Flavor chosen was Boston Cream ‘Pie’: Butter vanilla cake filled with layers of bavarian cream & chocolate ganache. This cake was a lot of fun to make!
